We are very fortunate to have Kenny Hart at this EXPO since many instructors do not have the background to teach in depth on two building systems. As a second generation Master Plumber and a Mechanical Contractor, Kenny Hart has more than thirty-five years of experience in these fields. He served as the chairman for the Trades Division of the Alpha College of Real Estate located in Chesapeake, Va for four years. He both chaired and served on the Technical Committee for the American Society of Home Inspectors for three years. Kenny is experienced in all areas of home inspection. He is a member of ASHI and is a former member of NAHI & IACHI. His numerous writings and contributions to trade journals and newspapers have earned him the respect of his peers. He has instructed HVAC and plumbing courses for many home inspector and real estate organizations.

Roofing systems are a frequent source for home inspector errors or omissions. Gerry Aubrey’s courses will help teach us how to reduce these. Gerry’s first experience in roofing was to form and manage Miller Roofing Co. in Pennsylvania. He managed the firm from 1974 to 1992. During that time, his duties ranged from supervising and installing all types of roofing including slate roofs and commercial roofing installations. In 1990, Certainteed Corporation hired Gerry to consult in a nationwide program to increase professionalism in the roofing industry. He is an ASHI Certified Home Inspector and has instructed courses at numerous roofing trade shows and home Inspector conventions.
