AVAILABLE REGIONALLY IN 4 LOCATIONS LIVE/LIVE-STREAM ACROSS THE STATE!

Families from all over are discovering our beautiful, friendly state! With live/live-feed classes spread across the state, joining and participating in our FREE continuing education has never been easier! We are presenting classes with 4 locations across the state to choose from as to where you would like to attend. We are the premier Inspector’s Association in TN!

We will be presenting great classes providing from 5 to 8 Credit hours of education. We will be having live presentation in La Vergne (Nashville) or Knoxville, while live streaming to classes in Collierville (Memphis) and Chattanooga. Our regional directors will be acting as proctor for the remote classes. You will have the ability to interact with the presenters in real time. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

We want to introduce you to the best live education, specifically targeting education on conditions affecting our region of the U.S., at the best value available. Sign up for the Free membership under “JOIN”, then click on “CLASSES”, then “HITA Fall Class 2023” to get registered for this class. Annual membership is $200.00/yr. prorated for new members. If you have attended before and would like to attend this meeting, membership for the balance of the year will be $50.00. To ensure your certificates are immediately available once the classes are complete, you will need to register for each class individually. You will need to provide your license number and choose the location you plan to attend.

NOTE: YOU MUST REGISTER FOR EACH CLASS INDIVIDUALLY TO CORRECTLY PROPOGATE YOUR CLASS CERTIFICATE. 

Breaks will be given during each class. A light breakfast and full lunch will be provided by our valued affiliate members at each class location.

CLASSES TO BE PRESENTED

Planned Schedule

Class Sign in will begin at 7:30 am. You will be required to check in with time noted with the class proctor. You must be signed in no later than 10 minuites after class begins. HITA works hard to obtain quality education to help strengthen our inspectors. You must be present and engaged to learn. You must not miss more than 10 minutes total of a class to receive CE hours. The proctor will be responsible for noting absence or inattentiveness. You will receive one warning prior to having your hours revoked.

8:00am CDT – Class begins. one 10 minute break will be offered per hour of class.

12:00 pm CDT – 12:30pm CDT Lunch provided on site.

12:30 pm CDT continue until conclusion 

7 Hours of CE have been secured:

• 2 hrs- Dive into Drinking Water: A Home Inspector’s Guide to Water Testing.
• 2 hrs- Navagating The Inspection Agreement (Presented by an attorney specializing in defending TN home inspectors)
• 3 hrs- Required TN Home Inspectors Ethics Standards Class (with test)
