Tim came to the home inspection industry from the Golf Industry as most recent tenure as the Head Golf Professional of Barnsley Gardens. So where does a Golf Professional get the knowledge to succeed in the home inspection industry???? Books and Manuals! Our knowledge of the construction industry is book and manufacturer related which is different from those inspectors coming from the construction world who may have learned their skills from someone else who was taught wrong themselves. Therefore, our reports are typically longer and have more detail to them because we look at the home in "Black and White" context according to building standards and manufacturer installation guidelines.
