HITA Member Paying Monthly Auto-Draft (Totaling $324.00/yr)

$27.00 per Month.

As of 7/1/2024, annual dues will be $27.00/month charged to your card on record on the 1st of every month until membership is cancelled. If a membership expires due to nonpayment, the member will have to pay all dues in arrears unless it has been over 12 months since the original membership expired. Longer absences will be considered a new member. If you want to pay annually, please back out of this and choose "HITA member paying annually". You must use your last name capitalized and your TN inspector's license number for your user ID. (Example: Smith1234) Your chosen password will secure account.

The membership requirements include:

Hold a Tennessee Home Inspector's License in good standing.
Adhere to the Tennessee Code of Ethics
Follow or exceed the Tennessee Standard of Practice
Pass the National Home Inspectors Exam
Provide proof of General Liability and Errors and Omission Insurance
Meet or exceed the education and continuing education requirements

You may pay by card or choose "pay by check" and you will be emailed instruction on where to send payment. Your membership will be pending until payment is received.

Non-Member Attending Scheduled Class (or EXPO) After Free Visit

$200.00 now.

While we would value your membership to HITA, any Tennessee Licensed home inspector that does not wish to become a member may attend the next scheduled class, or the EXPO if relevant, for a one-time fee of $200.00. HITA will turn in proof of attendance to the state of Tennessee. You will have 30 days after the classes have been attended to download your certificates for your future use.
