As of 7/1/2024, annual dues will be $300.00/yr. paid annually. Membership will renew on the same date every year until membership is cancelled. If a membership expires due to nonpayment, the member will have to pay all dues in arrears unless it has been over 12 months since the original membership expired. Longer absences will be considered a new member. You must use your last name capitalized and your TN inspector's license number for your user ID. (Example: Smith1234) Your chosen password will secure account.
The membership requirements include:
- Hold a Tennessee Home Inspector's License in good standing.
- Adhere to the Tennessee Code of Ethics
- Follow or exceed the Tennessee Standard of Practice
- Pass the National Home Inspectors Exam
- Provide proof of General Liability and Errors and Omission Insurance
- Meet or exceed the education and continuing education requirements
You may pay by card or choose "pay by check" and you will be emailed instruction on where to send payment. Your membership will be pending until payment is received.
