Bio Welcome to 3 Arrows Inspection. I’m Tom Recke, founder and lead inspector. With over 19 years in the industry and more than 9,000 inspections completed, I’ve built this company on a foundation of integrity, reliability, and technical excellence. Before launching 3 Arrows, I served in both the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army—first aboard a fast-attack submarine, then as an infantryman during a combat tour in Iraq. That experience shaped my discipline and sharpened my attention to detail. After leaving the military, I earned my bachelor’s degree from Colorado Christian University and turned my focus to helping families make confident real estate decisions. At 3 Arrows, inspection isn’t just a job—it’s a commitment to serving others with the same care I give my own family. Every report is detailed, thorough, and delivered with clarity. Whether it's a home, commercial building, or investment property, I inspect each one like it’s my own. When I’m not working, you’ll find me traveling with my wife, raising our kids, or exploring the outdoors.
