Welcome to 3 Arrows Inspection! My name is Tom, and I am thrilled to have you here. As the founder and lead inspector of this esteemed organization, I bring a wealth of experience, a dedication to excellence, and a passion for honing my craft.
Family has always been at the core of my values, and it serves as the driving force behind my commitment to providing exceptional inspection services. With a strong foundation built on trust and reliability, 3 Arrows Inspection is a testament to the values instilled in me by my loved ones.
Before becoming a home inspector, I served a combat tour in Iraq as an Army Infantryman. I also served in the Navy on a fast-attack submarine (the USS San Juan) before transferring to the Army. I was honorably discharged from both branches to pursue my college degree and spend more time with my growing family. I also hold a bachelor's degree from Colorado Christian University.
With over 18 years of experience in the inspection industry, I have conducted over 9,000 inspections across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties. My expertise extends to areas such as structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, and more. I am proud to have earned numerous certifications and accreditations, ensuring that my clients receive the highest quality service and peace of mind.
Beyond my professional endeavors, my wife and I are avid travelers with a deep appreciation for different cultures and landscapes. Exploring the world has not only broadened my horizons but has also honed my attention to detail - a trait that proves invaluable in the field of inspections. From the bustling streets of Jerusalem to the serene beaches of Fiji, I have gained a unique perspective that allows me to approach every personal interaction with deep gratitude.
