PRECISE Inspections was formed back in 2006 by Owner Tim Larkins (Certified Master Inspector) with one goal,,,,to provide the most thorough and "Precise" inspection anybody could want! Tim came to the home inspection industry from the Golf Industry as most recent tenure as the Head Golf Professional of Barnsley Gardens. So where does a Golf Professional get the knowledge to succeed in the home inspection industry? Books and Manuals! Our knowledge of the construction industry is book and manufacturer related which is different from those inspectors coming from the construction world who may have learned their skills from someone else who was taught wrong themselves.
